All individuals must have an assessment before starting exercise at the studio. Individual assessments will be booked in and carried out before class commences. All classes are approximately one hour. Mat classes have a maximum of 8-10 students per class. Reformer
classes have a maximum of 8 students.

A one hour individual which includes an assessment and review of basic principles is required before commencing Mat Classes

Consecutive Mat and Reformer Classes
If you can make it to the same class every week then try out our Consecutive Class Discount. This discount applies to anyone taking the same class for an entire term and one class must be used every week.
You must still complete a $35 Introductory Pre-screen prior to taking your very first class with us.
The minumum number of consecutive classes you can buy at this price is FIVE, however you may buy any number of consecutive classes above that amount.
